Role Description The MEP BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) models within BIM environments for architectural and construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include creating coordinated 3D models, preparing detailed construction drawings, updating models based on design changes, and ensuring alignment with architectural and structural requirements. The role involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve clashes, maintain documentation standards, and support project delivery timelines. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Bangalore Urban district,



requiring regular coordination with the in-office design and project teams.

Qualifications

- Robust proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, with experience in MEP modeling.
- Working knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their integration within architectural designs.
- Ability to interpret and produce construction drawings and related technical documentation.
- Background in Architecture, Engineering, or a closely related field, with experience as a modeler in design or construction projects.
- Familiarity with relevant BIM and CAD software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks or similar tools).
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to manage tasks within project schedules.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
