We are looking for an experienced PMO Lead / Senior PMO Manager to join our team and lead high-impact programs and portfolios.

Note: Experience from BPO/BPS/BPM business is mandatory Key Responsibilities ✅ Establish and manage PMO governance frameworks, operating models, controls, and reporting structures. ✅ Drive integrated planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and program execution. ✅ Own RAID management, executive reporting, steering committee packs, and management dashboards. ✅ Manage budgets, forecasts, resource planning, utilization, and financial governance. ✅ Lead stakeholder communications and engage with senior leadership across business and delivery functions. ✅ Drive quality, compliance, audit readiness, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives. ✅ Support large-scale transformation programs, portfolio governance, and strategic initiatives.

What We're Looking For ✔ 8 years of experience in PMO, Program Management, Portfolio Management, Delivery Governance, or Transformation roles.
