Job Description

- Oversee end-to-end operations for large facilities, managing logistics for transport, canteen services, housekeeping, and employee accommodation.

- Direct Human Resources and administrative teams, supervising employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary procedures for both permanent and contractual staff.

- Serve as the central interface for external entities, including government bodies, law enforcement, labor unions, and local community stakeholders.

- Implement and enforce robust security protocols, access control measures, and safety coordination initiatives to ensure site discipline and risk mitigation.

- Lead crisis and emergency management efforts, ensuring rapid and effective response to operational disruptions.

- Manage vendor relationships and facility maintenance contracts to support continuous plant functionality.

- Provide mature leadership to influence and guide a large, multi-disciplinary workforce, upholding organizational values and operational goals.

We are looking for candidates from an Ex-Servicemen background, with experience in the Indian Army, Navy, or Air Force.
