Position Details Company Ameenji Rubber Limited Positions Production & Quality Engineers / Assistants / Supervisors Vacancies 15 Positions Department Production / Quality Location Ameenji Rubber Limited, Plot No-3, Sy.No-228/9, TSIIC Kucharam, Manoharabad, Medak, Telangana – 502336 Experience 2–10 years; rubber industry experience preferred Qualification Graduate / B.Tech / Diploma / ITI – Mechanical Salary 18,000 – 50,000 per month, depending on qualification, experience and suitability Shift Rotational shifts; candidates must be ready to work night shifts Service Commitment Minimum 3-year service commitment is compulsory Payroll Under Quess Corp Limited 2. Key Responsibilities Monitor daily production activities, output, productivity, rejection and process performance. Enter production data independently in SAP and maintain accurate production records. Monitor production status, work orders, material availability and completion through SAP. Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Maintenance and other departments for smooth production flow. Handle shop-floor manpower allocation, attendance, productivity and work discipline. Read and understand mechanical drawings, dimensions, specifications and basic manufacturing requirements. Monitor in-process and final quality requirements and support root-cause analysis for defects and rejections. Ensure production is carried out as per approved process parameters, work instructions and quality standards. Prepare daily production reports and communicate deviations, delays and quality issues to the reporting manager. Support 5S, safety, housekeeping, productivity improvement and continuous-improvement activities. 3.



Mandatory Skills & Candidate Profile SAP knowledge is mandatory. Ability to independently operate a computer and enter production details in SAP. Good understanding of production monitoring and shop-floor operations. Mechanical drawing knowledge is required. Manpower handling / team coordination experience is required. Rubber manufacturing industry experience is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable working in a manufacturing workplace and rotational shifts. Mandatory Hindi-speaking candidates are preferred; Non Local profiles are preferred. Candidates must be willing to work night shifts whenever scheduled. Minimum 3-year service commitment is compulsory. 4. Product / Manufacturing Exposure Preferred Candidates with exposure to engineered rubber product manufacturing are preferred.
