Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

- System Configuration & Maintenance: Configure, upgrade, patch, and manage Open Text Content Server (OTCS) and Open Text Directory Services (OTDS).
- Custom Development: Design and customize complex workflows, forms, and system solutions.
- API Integration: Integrate Open Text applications with external enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Troubleshooting: Handle software infrastructure incident management and resolve complex technical support issues.

Core Requirements & Skills

- Experience: Generally 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in Open Text administration or development.
- Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in Java, XML, SQL databases, and web services (REST/SOAP).
- Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with Open Text products including Content Server, Archive Server, and xECM.
- Soft Skills: Solid analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills
