Core Requirement (Very Significant):

We are looking for candidates with **strong hands-on Dynatrace administration experience**, including:

✔ One Agent deployment, configuration & lifecycle management

✔ Active Gate setup, clustering & routing

✔ Management Zones, tagging strategy & monitoring architecture

✔ Service & process detection rules, request attributes

✔ Alerting, problem detection & RCA using Pure Path / Smartscape





✔ Synthetic Monitoring & RUM implementation

✔ Dashboarding, DQL / metrics / custom configuration

✔ ITSM integration (Service Now / Jira)

Mandatory Experience:

✔ End-to-end Dynatrace implementation / migration / upgrade

✔ At least one PoC or solution design ownership

✔ Exposure to cloud monitoring (AWS / Azure / GCP / Kubernetes)

✔ Application performance monitoring across Java / .NET / PHP

✔ Handling critical incidents, SLA-driven environments & stakeholder interaction

✔ Experience in team handling / shift planning / governance

Note: This role requires **hands-on configuration, Troubleshooting & Tracing expertise**.

Profiles limited to monitoring, alert handling, or L1/L2 support may not align with this requirement.
