The project construction is planned over 3 years.This role is a great opportunity for a Sr Accountant who wants to take ownership of project accounting and work closely with the team. You will also guide and manage 1 Junior Accountant.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting for the real estate project.Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.Handle Tally and ensure all entries are recorded correctly.Manage GST accounting, records, and related compliance.Support Income Tax-related accounting and documentation.Prepare and manage billing and invoices.Check bills, payments, expenses, and supporting documents.Track project-related expenses and maintain proper records.Coordinate with vendors, contractors,
