About Hometel

Hometel is building a new-age living ecosystem for students, working professionals, entrepreneurs, and people moving to Hyderabad.

We bring together comfortable accommodation, food, everyday living, community, and local support to make settling into Hyderabad easier.

We’re looking for a driven and outgoing Sales & Marketing Executive who can help us grow our community, generate leads, convert enquiries into residents, and build the Hometel brand across Hyderabad.

What You’ll Do

Sales

* Generate leads through online and offline channels.

* Respond to enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, calls and other platforms.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Hometel options.

* Conduct property visits and convert prospects into bookings.

* Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

* Drive occupancy and achieve monthly sales targets.

* Build relationships with students, working professionals, companies, colleges and local communities.

Marketing

* Help develop and execute Hometel’s marketing strategy.

* Manage and grow Hometel’s presence on Instagram, Reddit and other relevant platforms.

* Create engaging content, campaigns and promotional ideas.

* Explore local marketing opportunities, events, communities and partnerships.

* Coordinate with content creators, influencers and referral partners.

* Monitor competitors and identify new opportunities to increase visibility.

Community & Growth





* Help build Hometel into a recognised and trusted name for people moving to Hyderabad.

* Develop referral and partnership programs.

* Attend networking events, college events, startup events and local community activities.

* Gather customer feedback and identify ways to improve the Hometel experience.

* Bring creative ideas to increase enquiries, conversions and brand awareness.

What We’re Looking For

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset.

* Comfortable speaking with customers and handling negotiations.

* Good understanding of social media and digital marketing.

* Energetic, confident and willing to travel locally for sales and marketing activities.

* Ability to work independently and take ownership.

* Prior experience in sales, hospitality, real estate, PG/co-living, travel or marketing is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation

Salary: Competitive + performance incentives
