We are Hiring – Female E-Commerce Operations Manager

Location: Near Katra Kanhaiya, Inside Hall Gate, Amritsar

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000/month

Salary depends on experience, skills & ability to independently handle operations.

We are looking for a responsible and experienced female candidate who can manage our day-to-day e-commerce operations and store activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily orders on WooCommerce

• Check and confirm customer orders through calls

• Coordinate with packing staff and assign daily work

• Ensure correct product, quantity and packing before dispatch

• Book shipments through Delhivery / Ekart

• Monitor dispatch, pickup, pending shipments and RTO

• Handle customer calls, queries and complaints in Hindi & English

• Maintain stock/inventory and report low-stock items

• Maintain daily order and dispatch records

• Coordinate with courier companies when required

• Manage and supervise staff

• Prepare daily operational reports





• Take responsibility for smooth operations when the owner is unavailable

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous E-commerce / Online Business experience preferred

• WooCommerce experience preferred

• Delhivery/Ekart or other courier portal experience preferred

• Good computer and Excel knowledge

• Excellent Hindi & English communication

• Good management and problem-solving skills

• Responsible, organised and trustworthy

• Should be able to take ownership of work and manage operations independently

Freshers can also apply if they have strong computer skills, good communication and are quick learners.
