NThe Opportunity
nWe are seeking a highly motivated, proactive and detail-oriented Service Manager to join our
Nteam. This role involves extensive engagement with both prospective and existing clients across
Ntheir onboarding, servicing, and portfolio-related requirements.
NThe position requires significant client interaction and active involvement across all aspects of
Nclient servicing, operational support, and trade execution. This is a position which focuses on
Nbuilding meaningful client relationships while delivering best-in-class service and operational
Nexcellence.

NWhat You'll Do

- Manage Client onboarding and account maintenance for both current and existing clients in
Nline with regulatory and organizational policies.

- Collect and validate account-specific documentation and financial information to ensure
Ncompliance requirements are met.

- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, Banks, AMCs and Product
NManufacturers (AIFs, PMS providers etc.)

- Provide operational support across a broad suite of financial products and applications. N
- Handle Transactions, Operations and other support activities, including trade N

nplacement, confirmation, settlement tracking, and reconciliation across mutual funds,
NAIFs and PMS and other investments.
