nMon. to Saturday (alternate Saturdays off)
nWorking time: 9.30am to 6pm

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.n
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Integration and Project Management to coordinate with consultants and support project schedules and deliverables.n
- Candidates should possess relevant software skills,



such as proficiency in CAD, 3D modelling, and presentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, Premier Pro,D5 Render, Lumion).n
- Candidates should possess valuable knowledge of local building codes, DCPR regulations, materials, construction methods, and design principles.n
- Candidates should possess a qualified degree in Architecture and strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.n
- Candidates should possess the ability to easily commute to our office address, manage multiple tasks, pay close attention to detail, and maintain a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.n
