NWe're looking for a talented Graphic Designer with robust visual judgment to help us evaluate and qualify professional freelance designers across global design categories.
NThis is not only a production-design role. You'll review portfolios, client projects, and design samples to identify whether a designer meets professional-quality standards in creativity, execution, originality, and attention to detail.
NYou should be able to quickly understand whether a design is visually strong, commercially relevant, technically sound, and appropriate for the client's industry.

nWhat you'll be responsible for:

- Reviewing portfolios and linked projects for quality, originality, and authenticity N
- Assessing visual hierarchy, typography, composition, colour, branding, and execution N
- Evaluating whether designers can work across relevant industries, audiences, and design styles N
- Approving or rejecting applicants using defined quality benchmarks N
- Writing clear evaluation notes and maintaining accurate review documentation N
- Identifying recurring quality gaps and sharing insights with the internal team N
- Supporting quality meetings with practical, design-led feedback N
