Job Title - Deputy General Manager - Horticulture
Location - Pune

Job Description -
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on horticulture qualified to lead large-scale horticulture and landscape operations across our developments. The role will be responsible for planning, developing, and maintaining landscaped areas, plantations, nurseries, green spaces, and horticulture assets while ensuring high standards of plant health,



aesthetics, sustainability, and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in large-scale real estate, township, landscape, hospitality, airport, institutional, or similar environments, with proven expertise in horticulture operations, project execution, irrigation, plant health, budgeting, vendor management, and team leadership.

Roles & Responsibilities -
- Lead the planning, development, and maintenance of large-scale horticulture and landscape areas across projects
- Develop and implement horticulture strategies covering plantation, landscaping, nursery management, irrigation, plant health, and long-term landscape maintenance
- Oversee planting, transplantation, pruning, fertilization, irrigation, turf management, pest and disease control, and other horticultural activities
