nRoles and Responsibilities:

- Own the master data governance framework, including ownership, approval workflows, change controls, and retirement rules.n
- Define and maintain golden source standards across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, SuccessFactors, and downstream systems.n
- Lead data quality management, identity resolution, de-duplication, and remediation tracking across master data domains.n
- Deliver executive dashboards, operational reporting, SLA tracking, and self-service analytics using governed data sets.n
- Manage the master data operations team and drive process standardization, controls, and automation readiness.n

nSkills Required:
n
- n
- 12 to 18 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in master data management, data governance, or data quality leadership.n




- Solid hands-on experience in MDM, master data governance, and enterprise data quality management.n
- Expert-level Power BI capability with solid data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and workspace governance experience.n
- Working depth in SQL and practical Python experience for data preparation, matching, and analysis.n
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and SuccessFactors data structures, reconciliation, and reporting integration.n

nGood to Have:

- Data architecture exposure, transformation experience, and familiarity with GDPR and data protection requirements.n
- Experience with record linkage, fuzzy matching, clustering, and advanced analytics techniques.n

nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
