We are looking for an experienced SME – Networking (L3) to join our growing team at SHI India

The role involves managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex enterprise network environments within a Managed Services setup. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in network security, SD-WAN, routing, wireless, cloud networking, and advanced L3 troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure network solutions. Provide L3-level troubleshooting for complex network, connectivity, and performance issues. Manage and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls and Meraki SD-WAN. Handle routing, switching, BGP, VPN, SD-WAN, and network security technologies. Configure and support Aruba/Mist, Sophos, Fortinet, Cisco, and related technologies.



Support hybrid and multi-cloud network connectivity and infrastructure. Monitor network performance and proactively resolve issues. Collaborate with L1/L2 teams, internal stakeholders, and OEM/vendor support teams. Drive network automation, monitoring, and operational improvements. Maintain accurate network documentation, configurations, and operational procedures. Mandatory L3 Expertise

Candidates must have strong hands-on experience in:

Palo Alto Firewall

BGP / Routing

Meraki SD-WAN

Advanced Network Troubleshooting

Experience & Skills
8+ years of relevant Network Engineering experience. Strong experience in a Managed Services environment. Hands-on experience with enterprise networking and security technologies. Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
