Conduct technical reviews, provide mentorship, and support engineer performance development. Qualifications
10+ years of software development experience with leadership experience managing engineering teams Expertise in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) Strong stakeholder management and project planning skills Experience managing budgets, risks, timelines, and cross-functional teams Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities Passion for innovation, mentorship, and continuous improvement
