- Design and configure AI agents for real-world business use cases. N
- Develop effective prompts, instructions, personas, and conversation flows. N
- Integrate agents with APIs, tools, connectors, CRM, banking, ticketing, messaging, and knowledge systems. N
- Identify and handle edge cases, failures, ambiguity, and recovery scenarios. N
- Build and execute evaluation and regression test scenarios to improve agent quality. N
- Iterate agent behaviourbased on real-world usage, feedback, and performance. N
- Work on Conversational Agents or Work Agents. N
- Support rapid POC development and customer-facing solution delivery. N

nMust-Have Skills

- n
- 2+ years of hands-on LLM / Generative AI / Software Engineering experience N
- Strong Prompt Engineering & Instruction Design experience N




- Experience building AI Agents / Agentic AI / Conversational AI N
- Understanding of tool calling, API integration, and workflows N
- Experience with LLM evaluation, testing, and edge-case handling N
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills N
- Ability to work on production-oriented AI solutions N

- Experience with multilingual or conversational AI N
- Experience with Indian languages / code-switching N
- Experience with workflow automation and scheduled AI tasks N
