We're hiring a confident Telecaller / Client Relations Executive to manage new client enquiries, qualify prospects, and support our sales process - speaking directly with Australian clients over the phone.
NKey Resounsibilities

- Call current client enquiries (Australian clients) to verify and collect information N
- Build rapport and deliver a professional, positive client experience N
- Understand clients' property goals and circumstances N




- Guide clients on next steps in our process N
- Accurately update client information in CRM N
- Follow structured call scripts and sales processes N
- Maintain accurate client records N
- Support sales team withfollow-ups and admin tasks N
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handovers N
- Timely, professional follow-up with prospects N

nRequirements

- Fluent spoken English (mandatory) - tested during interview N
- Prior phone-based client interaction experience (telecalling, BPO, customer service, or sales) N
- Strong listening and questioning skills N
- Confidence collecting personal/financial information professionally N
- Comfortable with CRM tools and MS Office N
- Good attention to detail and organisation N
- Ability to follow scripts/processes consistently N
