nMakoons Play School is a growing preschool network focused on early childhood education and franchise expansion. We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Franchise Manager to drive franchise acquisition and business expansion across Hyderabad and surrounding markets.
nKey Responsibilities

- Identify and develop potential franchise partners/investors for Makoons Play School.n
- Generate leads through market research, networking, references, digital platforms and other business-development channels.n
- Manage the complete franchise acquisition cycle from lead generation to conversion and onboarding.n
- Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective franchise partners.n
- Understand the investor's requirements and present suitable Makoons franchise opportunities.n




- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise acquisition targets.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and prospective investors.n
- Conduct market visits and identify suitable locations for new Makoons centres.n
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, commercial discussions, site evaluation and franchise onboarding.n
- Track leads, follow-ups, negotiations and conversions through proper MIS/CRM reporting.n
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and current business opportunities.n
- Support franchise partners during the initial setup and coordinate with relevant teams for smooth centre launch.n
- Develop a strong franchise network across Hyderabad and nearby markets.n
