- Build Primary Banking relationships and increase CASA, transaction flows and fee income from MSME customers. N
- Drive and grow insurance products business and fee income from MSME customers N
- Build Primary Banking relationships with MSME customers by increasing CASA balances, insurance penetration (GI/HI/LI/CSLI), current account activation, transaction flows, digital collections and payment solution adoption. N
- Drive the MSME Transaction Banking proposition across current accounts, CMS, QR, POS, UPI, Payment Gateway, virtual accounts, payment and collection solutions, Trade and Forex referrals, and relationship deepening initiatives. N
- Enable revenue and customer stickiness by partnering with Sales, Product, Operations, Digital Banking, Branch Banking and service teams to improve wallet share, retention, fee income and digital transaction adoption. N
- Build and execute the MSME Transaction Banking proposition to strengthen Primary Banking relationships and improve customer stickiness. N




- Drive acquisition and activation of new MSME Primary Banking customers with focus on CASA growth, Current Account penetration and transaction-led relationship deepening. N
- Drive penetration of insurance products like general/health/life & credit shield insurance. Tracking of insurance penetration, current issuance of policies & putting a closure on the settlement of cases. Co-ordinate with regional teams for training to field teams and timely issuance of policies. N
- Grow payment and collection solutions including QR, POS, UPI, Payment Gateway and other digital transaction modes in coordination with Digital Banking and Product teams. N
- Build and promote Cash Management Services and transaction banking solutions for MSME customer needs such as collections, payments, reconciliation, virtual accounts and corporate connectivity, where applicable. N
- Increase Trade and Forex referrals from eligible MSME customers b
