Job Descriptionare seeking a talented individual to join our Marine team at Marsh Risk India, a Marsh business. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
NAssistant Vice President/Vice President – Marine
NWe will count on you to:

- To manage the marine practice- Especially the below products: N
- H&M; (Hull and Machinery) N
- P&I; (Protection and Indemnity) N
- AWRP (Additional War Risk) N
- Charterers Liability N
- Marine Open Covern
- Ports and terminals N
- Shipyards etcn
- Focus on servicing existing clients and develop current clients. N
- Interacting with all relevant risk insurance markets and sourcing the best placement solutions for our clients on direct/RI markets. N
- Placing 100% of the risk according to the deadlines N
- To ensure all the documentations are complete. N
- To ensure all policy documents are in order and are reaching the clients within agreed time. N
- Renewal tracking and ensuring timely reminders are sent to the clients for premium payment to ensure insurance continuity.

- Working with Operationsteams to get all the bookings done in the system/generate debit notes, etc N
- Providing continuous assistance to our clients with regard to any query related to claims. N
- Follow up with Surveyorand Insurer with smooth claim settlement. N
- Conduct workshops for clients on policy coverages along with insurer. N

nWhat you need to have:
NEducational Background

- n
- MBA from a reputed B - School. N

nExperience
n
- N
- 7+ years of experience in insurance industry or Equivalent experience working with Global capability centers of Insurer's/ Brokers or experience in working within Marine sector N
- Prior Experience in marine preferred. N
- Corporate Relationship Management / Business Solution Provider from a service background. N
- Ability to manage diverse client cultures i.E. Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation and PSU clients. N
- Proven Leadership
