NTeam Leadership & People Management

- n
- Lead recruitment,onboarding and development of the Regional Medical Advisor (RMA) team. N
- Build and manage a high-performing RMA team through coaching, mentoring and performance management. N
- Develop and deliver scientific and medical training programs for RMAs. N
- Ensure consistency in scientific knowledge, medical excellence and field medical practices across the business. N
- Drive talent development, succession planning and employee retention. N
- Ensure timely reportingof any Product Complaints, ADRs or Adverse Events to the Pharmacovigilance (PV) team. N

nMedical Affairs & Scientific Leadership

- Lead the development of Medical Affairs strategies and field medical capabilities. N
- Ensure high-quality scientific support for internal stakeholders and external healthcare professionals. N
- Support disease awareness, scientific exchange and product lifecycle management across assigned therapeutic areas. N
- Identify operational improvements and implement best practices within the RMA function. N

nCross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely withMedical Affairs, Marketing and Sales teams to ensure alignment of business objectives. N
- Support Medico-Marketing initiatives including Advisory Boards, Medical Booths, Educational Programs and Scientific Events. N
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute medical and clinical strategies. N
