nWe are looking for consultants with experience across the following areas:

- Overall review and assessment of our Workday implementation and business processesn
- Agentic AI build-out to streamline and automate workflowsn
- Recruiting module optimization and automationn
- Skills Cloud build-outn
- Dashboards and reporting across Workday modulesn
- Advanced compensation build-out and optimizationn
nWorkday modules currently in scope:
nHCM, Advantages, Payroll, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, Talent Optimization, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Journeys.
nThe timeline is quite critical, as the customer would like to get the resources started as soon as possible. We would appreciate it if you could prioritize this requirement and share any suitable profiles and availability at the earliest.
