Job Title:Azure Infrastructure Support Analyst

Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Azure Infrastructure Support Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance cloud-hosted applications and infrastructure within Microsoft Azure environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud infrastructure management, automation, application support, system administration, security compliance, and database administration. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, proactive monitoring capabilities, and a continuous improvement mindset to ensure high availability and reliability of business-critical applications.
Key Responsibilities
Azure Infrastructure & Cloud Support
- Manage, monitor, and support Azure IaaS and PaaS services.
- Provision, configure, and maintain Azure resources, including Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, App Services, Networking, and Security Services.




- Monitor infrastructure health and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Support cloud migrations, upgrades, and workplace optimization initiatives.

Infrastructure Automation
- Develop, edit, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Manage source code repositories and deployment workflows using GitHub.
- Create and maintain Ansible playbooks for automated software installation, configuration management, patching, and environment provisioning.
- Continuously improve automation processes to reduce manual effort and operational risks.

Application Support
- Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot ROMeo application components and supporting software across Azure-hosted environments.
- Provide L2/L3 application support and incident resolution for production and non-production environments.
