nThe Studio is a modern community-driven destination bringing together wellness, creativity, learning, entertainment, and culture under one roof. We host yoga classes, dance workshops, music sessions, wellness experiences, community events, corporate programs, artist collaborations, performances, and educational activities.
nWe are looking for a highly entrepreneurial and relationship-driven professional who can help build The Studio from the ground up by creating partnerships, generating revenue, curating programs, and developing a thriving community ecosystem.
nPosition Summary
nThe Business Development & Partnerships Manager will drive business growth, increase studio utilization, establish strategic partnerships, onboard instructors and performers, and create revenue-generating programs for The Studio.
nThis role requires someone who enjoys networking, building communities, developing partnerships, creating events,



and converting opportunities into sustainable business growth.
nThe ideal candidate will have experience in wellness, fitness, yoga, events, hospitality, coworking, education, entertainment, or community-driven businesses.
nKey Responsibilities
nBusiness Development & Revenue Growth

- Drive revenue through classes, workshops, events, memberships, rentals, and partnerships.n
- Build and maintain a strong business development pipeline.n
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across wellness, education, entertainment, and corporate sectors.n
- Generate bookings for studio spaces and increase occupancy rates.n
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.n

nPartnerships & Community Building
