Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end Order Management lifecycle, from order creation to fulfillment. Handle customer orders, order booking, and billing-related queries. Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders for smooth order processing. Work on SAP; experience with SAP By D is preferred. Knowledge of SNOW (Service Now) will be an added advantage. Use MS Office, especially Excel, for day-to-day operations and reporting. Act as a Process SME, providing process guidance and resolving team queries. Identify training needs and conduct process training and knowledge-sharing sessions. Create and maintain training manuals and process documentation. Key Requirements
Excellent written & verbal communication. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Flexible to work in rotational shifts and from office all days. Shipping industry experience will be an added advantage.
