Job Title: 3 D Artist / Generalist

Overview:

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled 3 D Artist / Generalist to create high-quality 3 D assets, animations, environments, and immersive visual experiences for AR, VR, gaming, and digital visualisation projects. The successful candidate will have expertise in 3 D modelling, texturing, rigging, animation, rendering, and game engine integration using industry-standard tools such as Blender, Maya, Unity, and Unreal Engine.

Key Responsibilities
Create low-poly and high-poly 3 D models for visualisation, AR, and VR applications. Design and develop realistic 3 D environments and scenes. Produce character and asset animations for interactive and non-interactive experiences. Build productive animation rigs for vehicles, machinery, and other assets. Create and optimise textures, materials, lighting, and rendering setups. Edit rendered content and produce high-quality videos and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects. Import, optimise, and integrate 3 D assets into Unity and Unreal Engine projects.



Develop visually engaging compositions by integrating 3 D assets into digital artwork and visual presentations. Collaborate with design leads and multidisciplinary teams to resolve modelling and design challenges. Manage multiple tasks and deliver projects within deadlines. Maintain high standards of visual quality and technical accuracy. Support project teams with additional responsibilities as required. Contribute positively to team culture, collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide a portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant work experience. Essential Technical Skills
