What You’ll Do
? Create Visuals for Content & Marketing
Design thumbnails, visuals, and creative assets for YouTube, social media, campaigns, landing pages, and websites
Translate briefs into clear visual concepts and execute them end-to-end




Collaborate with content and video teams on storyboards, style frames, and motion assets
? Design with Performance Awareness
Iterate on thumbnails and creatives using performance signals (CTR, engagement cues)
Balance solid visual taste with clarity and effectiveness
? Own Visual Branding for Marketing
Maintain and evolve Airtribe’s visual language across marketing and external touchpoints
Ensure consistency and premium quality across formats and channels
? Collaborate & Deliver
Work closely with content, video, and marketing teams
Manage multiple design tasks and fast turnarounds without compromising quality

What You’ll Bring
✅ Design Experience
2–4+ years of experience in visual / communication design
Strong portfolio across marketing, branding, and digital content
? Craft & Tools
Excellent command of typography, layout, color, and composition
Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and AI tools like MidJourney
Robust image-making
