- Conduct 60–90 minute one-on-one learning sessions at children's homes. N
- Deliver engaging, play-based activities using Raising Superstars' learning kits. N
- Adapt lessons accordingto each child's learning pace and developmental stage. N
- Share progress updates with parents after sessions. N
- Maintain attendance andprogress reports through the mobile app. N
- Ensure safety, hygiene,and professionalism during home visits. N
- Attend training programs and ongoing educator development sessions. N
