nRole Overview
nThe Head – Private Label & Strategic Accounts will lead company's B2B growth agenda by
nacquiring and managing private label, OEM, contract manufacturing, and strategic
npartnership opportunities.
nThis is a consultative solution-selling role requiring deep experience in building
nrelationships with decision-makers across FMCG brands, retail chains, D2C companies,
nexporters, and institutional buyers. The individual will be responsible for driving end-toend
nbusiness development from lead generation and solution design to commercial
nnegotiations and long-term account growth.

nPrivate Label & OEM Business Development

- Identify and acquire current business opportunities with FMCG brands, retailers, D2Cn

ncompanies, exporters, and institutional customers.

- Drive revenue growth through strategic customer acquisition and accountn

nStrategic Account Management
n• Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, procurement heads, category
nmanagers, sourcing teams, and business owners.
