nWe're looking for an Accountant who can work hands-on across multiple client companies and help us build a new kind of accounting experience.
nThe Role
nAs an Accountant at Lighthaus, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities for multiple companies.
nThis is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with client data, accounting systems and our internal team to ensure books are accurate, reconciled and up to date.
nWhat You'll Do

- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting for multiple companiesn
- Pass and verify journal entries and maintain accurate books of accountsn
- Perform bank, payment gateway,



marketplace and other account reconciliationsn
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivablen
- Work on Tally and Zoho Books for accounting and bookkeepingn
- Review invoices, expenses, settlements and transaction datan
- Assist with GST, TDS and other accounting/compliance-related activitiesn
- Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting mismatchesn
- Coordinate with clients and internal team members to collect missing informationn
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting recordsn
- Work with D2C/e-commerce transaction data such as marketplace settlements, returns, fees and inventory-related transactionsn
- Support month-end closing and preparation of financial reportsn
- Work across multiple businesses and accounting environmentsn

nWhat We're Looking For

- Strong practical knowledge of Tallyn
- Experience with Zoh
