Job Description
About the Role:
nWe are hiring for AR Calling (Accounts Receivable Follow-up) in the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process. This role requires calling insurance companies (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial payers) to follow up on outstanding claims, resolve denials, and ensure timely reimbursement.

nNote: This is a US Healthcare RCM voice process, not a general accounting/bookkeeping/finance role. Candidates without US healthcare AR/RCM background will not be considered.

nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Make outbound calls to US insurance companies to follow up on unpaid/denied claimsn
- Analyze EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and ERAs to determine claim statusn
- Identify reasons for claim denials and take corrective action (denial management)n
- Work on aging AR buckets and prioritize claims based on aging/dollar valuen
- Update claim status and notes accurately in the billing softwaren
- Coordinate with the coding/billing team for claim corrections and resubmissionsn
- Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targetsn

nMandatory Skills & Experience:
n
- n
- 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in US Healthcare AR calling / Denial Management (mandatory)n
- Robust understanding of RCM process: claims submission, denial management, AR follow-upn
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, EOB, ERA, and clearinghouse processesn
- Excellent spoken English communication (voice process — mandatory)n
- Willingness to work in US shift timings 6 PM to 3 AMn
