Business Development Expert – Switchgear & Electrical Panels
nLocation: Dhaka / Colombo / Kathmandu
nExperience: 8–12 Years
nCTC: Up to ₹20 Lakh p.a.
nWe are looking for an experienced Business Development professional from the Switch gear / Electrical Panel / LV-MV / Power Distribution industry to drive business growth in one of our key international markets.
nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Develop new business and grow existing customer relationships.n
- Identify and convert opportunities across EPCs, consultants, contractors, industries, utilities and channel partners.n
- Build and manage the project/sales pipeline and achieve business targets.n
- Drive consultant/specification approvals and project opportunities.n
- Lead techno-commercial discussions, proposals and negotiations.n
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and provide market intelligence to management.n

nCandidate Profile

- n
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in Business Development / Sales / Key Accounts within switchgear,



panels, electrical distribution or related industries.n
- Robust understanding of LV/MV switchgear, electrical panels and project-based sales.n
- Established customer/EPC/consultant network in the local market.n
- Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-management skills.n
- Electrical/Power Engineering background preferred.n

nCritical Requirement:
nCandidates must be currently working and physically based in Dhaka, Colombo or Kathmandu. Only local candidates from reputed companies in the electrical/switchgear/panel industry will be considered.
nCandidates from reputed organizations such as ABB, Schneider Electric, Siemens, Eaton, Legrand, L&T; and established local manufacturers/EPCs/channel partners are preferred.
