nWhat you will be doing at Evalueserve

- n
- Take ownership of all the process automation/current project requirements in FP&A;/Finance team.n
- Define problem statement and initial hypothesis, designing an optimal research approach with a mix of research techniques (e.g., primary/secondary/basic modeling)n
- Should be able to structure and present data and results using relevant frameworkn




- Ability to arrive at key messages/highlights addressing key objectives as summary of resultsn
- Presenting results of the research to the client and handling client queriesn
- Active participation & contribution in team discussions on project specific areasn

nWhat are we looking for

- B. Tech (Biotech)/B.E(Biotech)/ MBAn
- 1-3 years of relevant experiencen
- Hands-on experience in MedTech related market research projectsn
- Should have worked on consulting and strategy-oriented projects.n
- Experience in working across MedTech value chain projects specifically market assessment projects through secondary/primary research, analysis and reportingn
- Mindset to identify and problem-solving skillsn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsn
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to practice attentive and active listeningn
- Respect for time and ability to ensure that tasks within areas of resp
