Job Description
As the Change Manager you will be part of the Database Production Services team who are key to ensuring IT Service availability & allowing the business to function and operate effectively with overall change process enablement.

nWe will count on you to:

- n
- Manage end to end change management lifecycle from initiation to closure.n
- Review and validate change requests for completeness and compliancen
- Manage queues for Database related change requests utilizing domain knowledge to manage changes efficiently through their lifecyclen
- Facilitate communications about changes and change reviews which requires coordination among involved teams and requester.n
- Prepare and maintain change management reports.n




- Ensure changes are appropriately categorized, prioritize and scheduled.n
- Help and support other areas of the IT Service Management for better hygiene and governance cadence.n

nExperience :
n
- n
- 3+ years of working experience in ITIL change management process.n
- Comfortable and adaptable with shifts. preferability EMEA/ UK shift hours.n
- Exposure to ITIL Service Management (or similar) processes and methodologies.n
- ITIL Foundation certified.n
- Good experience in application, database or other application related technology support.n
