Role: Sales Executive (Field Outreach & Meeting Generation) For School CRM

nLocation: Hyderabad

nSalary: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month + travel incentives

nWe are looking for a Sales Executive who can help us get meetings with schools for Juno, our CRM and admissions management software built for schools.
n

nThe main responsibility of this role is to reach out to schools, speak to the right people, visit schools when needed, and set up meetings or demos with principals, owners, management or admissions teams.
n

nThis is a field-heavy sales role. The person should be comfortable going to schools, introducing the product, explaining the basic idea clearly, and helping us get serious conversations started.
n

nExperience working with schools, school ERP, CRM, EdTech, admissions software profiles will only be considered.

nWhat you’ll do:

- n
- Identify and reach out to schools in Hyderabad and nearby areasn
- Call, WhatsApp and email school contacts to introduce the software.n
- Visit schools to meet admin teams,



principals or decision-makersn
- Explain the software in a straightforward way and create interest for a proper demon
- Set up meetings/demos for the founder or product teamn
- Follow up with schools until the meeting is confirmedn
- Maintain proper updates of school leads, visits, calls and follow-upsn
- Support the team with local school references and market feedbackn

nWhat we’re looking for:
n
- n
- Experience in school sales, EdTech sales, ERP/CRM sales or education-related B2B salesn
- Comfortable with field visits and speaking to schools directlyn
- Good communication skills in English; Telugu/Hindi is a plusn
- Ability to explain a software product simply without overcomplicating itn
- Someone who is consistent with follow-ups and can get meetings bookedn
- Prior experience selling or pitching to schools is strongly preferredn
