nKey Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls and provide prompt, professional, and accurate resolutions.n
- Respond to customer queries through voice and written communication channels.n
- Assist clients with inquiries related to banking products, mortgages, consumer lending, account information, and services.n
- Manage multiple customer interactions efficiently using workflow and case management tools.n
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in internal systems.n




- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support teams to resolve customer issues effectively.n
- Adhere to regulatory, compliance, and quality standards while handling customer interactions.n
- Deliver a superior customer experience and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.n
- Meet individual and team productivity, quality, and service-level targets.n

- 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate / Postgraduaten

nExperience Required

- n
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an International Voice Process.n
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Customer Service, Contact Centre, or BPO operations will be preferred.n
