- Robust expertise in LTE/NR Physical Layer (L1/PHY) algorithm and software developmentn
- Experience with modulation, LDPC/Turbo, MIMO, beamforming, channel estimation, IQ processing & FFT/IFFTn
- Strong C/C++, MATLAB and embedded real-time systems expertisen
- Experience with FPGA / ASIC / GPU accelerationn
- Hands-on experience with CPRI/eCPRI fronthaul protocolsn
- Knowledge of PHY, RF/Radio, L2 and fronthaul integrationn
- Strong experience in L1 performance optimization, DSP debugging and troubleshootingn
- Proven leadership experience in driving large-scale L1 delivery programsn
