nJob Summary
nThe Sales Executive will drive B2B business growth by acquiring and managing accounts across the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana regions. The role centres on generating and nurturing leads, building long-term partnerships with corporate organisations for their travel, events and MICE requirements, and delivering sustained revenue growth and effective account management.
nKey Responsibilities

- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a corporate sales strategy to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.n
- Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire current corporate clients, travel partners and institutions.n
- Relationship Management:



Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients through continuous engagement and superior service delivery.n
- Business Development: Conduct corporate presentations, meetings and negotiations to close business deals.n
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Ticketing, MICE, Finance) to ensure smooth delivery of travel solutions.n
- Solution Design: Develop and promote tailor-made travel solutions for business travel, conferences, incentives, and events.n
- Market Intelligence: Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to recommend strategies for business growth.n
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to management.n
- Brand Representation: Represent Tripkartz at corporate events, trade fairs, and exhibitions to enhance brand presence.n
