- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Customer Support Platformsn

- Solid understanding of Customer Support processes, including:n
- Ticketingn
- SLA managementn
- Ticket routingn

- Strong experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, Middleware and system integrationsn
- Experience with Workflow Automation and Low-code platformsn




- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable support-system solutionsn

nKey Responsibilities

- Design, configure and enhance customer support platforms based on business requirements.n
- Manage and optimize ticketing, routing, queues, SLA and omnichannel workflows.n
- Develop and maintain integrations between customer support platforms and other enterprise applications using REST APIs, Webhooks and Middleware.n
- Automate repetitive support processes using workflow automation and low-code capabilities.n
- Gather requirements from business and customer support stakeholders and translate them into functional solutions.n
- Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.n
- Support platform configuration, testing, deployment and ongoing enhancements.n
- Troubleshoot integration and workflow-related issues and coordinate with technical teams where required.n
