nWe are looking for an experienced Retail Leasing Manager to join our team at Big Steps Ventures Pvt. Ltd.
nThe candidate will be responsible for managing retail and commercial leasing activities, identifying business opportunities, building relationships with brands, landlords, and investors, and driving successful leasing transactions.




nThe role requires robust market understanding, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end leasing processes.

- Handle retail and commercial leasing transactions from lead generation to closuren
- Identify and engage with potential brands, retailers, tenants, and property ownersn
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and retail brandsn
- Conduct market research to identify leasing opportunities and market trendsn
- Support clients with suitable commercial property solutionsn
- Manage lease discussions, negotiations, and documentation processesn
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth transaction executionn
- Maintain market knowledge of commercial real estate trends and competitor activityn
