Our goal is easy: We provide the tools, products and support — our customers focus on growing their sales. ⸻ Job Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining Shoppingara’s e-commerce solutions, handling objections, following up with leads and converting prospects into customers. This is primarily an Inside Sales / Tele-Sales role.



⸻ Key Responsibilities * Contact potential customers through phone calls and other communication channels. * Understand the customer’s business requirements and objectives. * Explain Shoppingara’s products, packages and e-commerce solutions. * Generate interest and qualify potential customers. * Conduct product/service presentations or demos when required. * Handle customer questions and sales objections professionally. * Follow up with interested and prospective customers. * Convert qualified leads into successful sales. * Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in CRM. * Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. * Maintain a healthy sales pipeline. * Coordinate with the team for customer onboarding after sales. * Provide regular sales updates to the Team Leader. * Ensure that all product/service information communicated to customers is accurate. ⸻ Sales Process Lead Assigned → Calling
