Whirlpool of India Limited is looking for a Director – Internal Audit to lead our audit and control testing functions.

n? Reports to: Audit Committee / CFO
n

nKey Responsibilities:
n
- n
- Strategic Audit Leadership: Formulate, direct, and oversee the execution of the annual risk-based operational audit plan.n
- Controls & Governance: Own the internal controls workplace (ICFR, ITGC, SAP ERP) and lead risk assessments for new IT implementations.n
- Joint ERM: Co-lead the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework in partnership with Legal.n
- Forensic Investigations: Direct forensic audit strategies and support whistleblower and ethics investigations.n
- Board Advisory: Present operational findings, IT risks,



and control maturity to the Audit Committee and Executive Leadership.n

nWhat We’re Looking For:
n
- n
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory; CISA/CSE is preferred.n
- Experience: 12–15 years of total experience, with at least 5 years specifically in internal audit.n
- Industry: FMCG, FMCD, Automobile, or Consulting.n
- Key Expertise: Ind AS GAAP, Companies Act 2013 regulations, IFC compliance, SAP ERP controls, and manufacturing cost/logistics operations.n
