nAre you a Mechanical Engineer who wants to solve real industrial problems — not just sell products?

nPermaweld works with refineries, steel plants and continuous process industries, providing specialized steam-based, high-pressure components designed for extreme heat, pressure and corrosive environments.
n

n This is not typical sales.
n

nYou’ll work directly with plant and maintenance teams to understand operating conditions, identify critical valves and equipment that require attention, and help customers develop the technical and commercial case for replacement.
n

nThe sales cycle can take months — so we’re looking for someone who understands that valuable engineering solutions and strong customer relationships take time.
n

n What we’re looking for
n

n- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
n- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience
n- Curiosity about why industrial equipment fails
n- Ability to ask the right technical questions




n- Comfortable visiting industrial plants and speaking with engineers
n- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
n- Willingness to travel and build long-term customer relationships
n

n No Valve Experience? No Problem.
n

nWe provide full technical training, so prior valve-industry experience is not required.
