Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant Experience: 6+ Years Relevant Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Pune / Mumbai / Noida Work Mode: WFO CTC: Up to ₹35 LPA Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Interview Process: 3 Rounds – Final Round Face-to-Face Industry/Company Background: Big 4 MNC Experience – Mandatory Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud – US or UK Payroll and Rapid Formula . The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge, hands-on configuration and troubleshooting experience in Payroll, along with experience working in Big 4 MNCs . The candidate will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver, support and enhance Oracle HCM solutions. Key Responsibilities Configure, support and troubleshoot Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions. Work on US and/or UK Payroll processes and configurations. Develop, maintain and troubleshoot Fast Formula .
Understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM functional solutions. Analyze functional issues and provide appropriate solutions. Support testing, implementation, deployment and post-production activities. Participate in requirement gathering, solution discussions and client/stakeholder meetings. Work closely with technical teams on integrations and functional requirements. Prepare functional documentation and support knowledge-transfer activities. Provide ongoing production support and resolve Payroll-related issues within agreed timelines. Ensure solutions follow Oracle HCM Cloud best practices. Mandatory Skills 6+ years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud . Strong hands-on experience in US Payroll and/or UK Payroll . Fast Formula – Mandatory . Strong experience in Payroll configuration, support and troubleshooting. Good understanding of Oracle HCM Payroll business processes. Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
