Hiring for a Client - Altrus.ai What you'll do Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise solutions on the Unqork platform Own technical architecture and best practices across projects Mentor and manage a team of Unqork developers Partner with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable configurations Drive delivery timelines, code quality, and platform standards Ideal Candidate 1 Solid Unqork Team Lead Profile with hands-on platform expertise and team leadership 2 Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 7+ years of experience, with at least the recent 3+ years of proven hands-on experience on the Unqork platform 3 Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience leading the design, development, and delivery of enterprise solutions on the Unqork platform 4 Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have prior experience leading or mentoring a development team 5 Mandatory (Experience 4):



Must have experience owning technical architecture and best practices across projects 6 Mandatory (Experience 5): Must have experience partnering with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable configurations 7 Mandatory (Experience 6): Must have experience driving delivery timelines, code quality, and platform standards 8 Mandatory (Tech skill): Must have a strong grasp of enterprise application design, APIs, and integrations 9 Mandatory (Communication): Must have excellent stakeholder communication skills. 10 Mandatory (Company): B2B Tech consulting/B2B Tech services/AI Tech consulting companies 11 Mandatory (Education): B.Tech/BE/M.Sc Computer science 12 Mandatory (Note): Candidate should be willing to work during EST shift (9.30 PM-6.30 AM) if needed as the client is based in US and they have US clients 13 Preferred (Certification): Active Unqork certification is a strong plus
