About the RoleMetacognixion is looking for a highly creative and hands-on Creative Content & AI UGC Creator who can help us build high-quality content for our digital channels.
This is a creative execution role , not just a video-editing or graphic-design position.
The ideal candidate should be able to take an idea or brief and independently turn it into a complete creative — whether that means a UGC-style video ad, Instagram Reel, social media post, carousel, paid advertising creative, landing-page visual, or AI-generated video.
We are looking for someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, watch, engage and take action .
You should be comfortable experimenting with recent formats, using AI tools, following social media trends and creating multiple creative variations quickly.

What You Will Do
1. UGC & Video Ad Creation




- Create engaging UGC-style advertisements for Meta, Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Develop short-form videos, Reels, Shorts and performance marketing creatives.
- Convert concepts, scripts and product/service information into engaging video content.
- Create strong hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds.
- Edit videos with appropriate:
- Captions
- B-roll
- Transitions
- Music
- Sound effects
- Motion graphics
- Product visuals
- CTAs
- Create different versions of the same creative with different hooks, openings, messaging and CTAs.
- Edit testimonial, explainer, educational and promotional videos.
- Repurpose long-form videos into multiple short-form pieces of content.

2. AI Video & AI Content CreationWe are particularly interested in candidates who are experimenting with AI-powered creative production .
You may work with tools such as:

- Runway
- Kling
- Veo
- HeyG
