As a Sales Executive at Tandav,



you are the frontline growth warrior responsible for scaling our bias-free scouting ecosystem across Mumbai’s elite educational and sporting institutions. You will champion the data-driven "Warrior Dashboard" to forge high-stakes partnerships and build a merit-based bridge to India’s $130 billion sports industry.

Core Responsibilities:
- Institutional Tie-ups: Identify and pitch to HODs, Principals, and Gymkhana heads. Your goal is to sign up institutions for our "From Student to Sports Leader" seminars and NAAC-compliant mentorship programs.
- Academy Partnerships: Onboard local football/cricket academies to adopt "The Zone" and the Warrior Dashboard as their official scouting filter.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline: Proactively hunt for new leads within Mumbai’s K-12 International Schools and Professional Clubs (MFA Elite/Super Division).
- Product Demos: Conduct high-energy demonstrations of the Warrior Scouting Dashboard, explaining how our 15-question aptitude test and KPI tracking eliminate bi
