Process and load sales orders accurately in the system/ERP
- Ensure correctness of item codes, quantities, pricing, discounts, and taxes
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and dispatch teams for smooth order execution
- Prepare and maintain daily order loading, dispatch, and pending order reports
- Use MS Excel extensively for MIS, tracking, and reconciliation
- Resolve order discrepancies and ensure timely closures
- Follow company SOPs and operational timelines
- Maintain proper documentation related to orders and dispatch

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (commerce preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in order processing / operations / sales coordination
- Excellent MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
- Experience working on ERP systems
- Solid attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Added Advantage
- Working knowledge of Orion ERP and/or Oracle
- Experience in distribution or trading operations

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,942.13 per month
