Job Title: Shift Incharge - Implant Warehouse Operations

Location: Client Implant Warehouse Site

Department: Warehouse / Supply Chain Operations

Reporting To: Warehouse Manager / Site Operations Manager

Job Purpose:
To manage and control end-to-end warehouse operations during the assigned shift at the implant site, ensuring smooth inbound, outbound, and inventory activities in compliance with client SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), safety standards, and statutory requirements.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Shift & Operations Management:
- Manage daily warehouse operations for the assigned shift.
- Plan shift activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Ensure proper shift handover and communication between shifts.

Inbound Operations:
- Supervise unloading of vehicles as per FIFO / FEFO / batch norms.
- Verify quantity, quality, labeling, and documentation of incoming materials.
- Ensure timely GRN posting in WMS / SAP within defined TAT.
- Coordinate with client team for discrepancies, shortages, or damages.

Outbound Operations:
- Ensure accurate picking, packing,



and dispatch as per delivery plan.
- Verify dispatch documents such as Invoice, E-way Bill, and Packing List.
- Supervise secure loading of vehicles and ensure on-time dispatch.

Inventory Management:
- Maintain inventory accuracy between physical stock and system records.
- Ensure proper binning, stacking, and space utilization.
- Conduct cycle counts and support periodic stock audits.
- Identify, report, and resolve inventory variances.

Manpower Management:
- Allocate manpower efficiently for all warehouse activities.
- Monitor productivity, attendance, and discipline of staff.
- Train and guide operators on SOPs, WI, and safety practices.

System & Documentation:
- Ensure real-time posting of all transactions in WMS / SAP.
- Prepare and submit shift reports, MIS, and KPI data.
- Maintain operational records for audits and compliance.

Safety, Quality & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to safety
